My trip to England

I know you may think this is too predictable, but I´m going to tell you about my trip to England :p

I travelled to England in 2005, but didn´t go there just to see Big Ben or wave at the Royal family (although I walked all around London and took as many Anyway, I´ve taken a course for English teachers in a very small but beautiful city called BroadstairsThe person sitting next to Sherlock Holmes above is me, in Baker Street underground station. While I was not studying, I took my time to visit museums, parks, go to the cinema, make new friends, even watch tv (yeah, you can begin to understand different cultures just by watching what they watch!).

I also took some time to do something I love (and I reckon I´m not the only one...): SHOPPING! And there is no better place for that than Oxford Street. A long, long street, full of shops, restaurants, people and.... tourists! Take a look at my happy face after hours of shoppingWell, as I said before, I was staying in Broadstairs, but the best part is that I had my own English bedroom - can you believe it!?I had the chance to live with a real English family, and be part of their daily lives, having meals together, talking about many things - including the "bloody weather". Check out what my English bedroom looked likeWell, that´s it! I hope you´ve enjoyed reading about my trip. But what about yours?? Post it here! Don´t forget to add photos (and anything else you think we might like to see).
Cheers!
